Our work for Florida Fruit Juices in the Bedford Park section of Chicago included the removal of a conventional gravel surfaced built-up roof, the removal of obsolete roof-top equipment, some spot repairs to the gypsum concrete roof deck and the application of a three-ply white modified bitumen system. Our work was carefully coordinated with their production so that they could continue to produce and bottle juice while the roof was being replaced.
