Our work for The Federated Group in Arlington Heights involved removing the failed EPDM rubber roofing membrane and several tons of washed river rock ballast to expose the existing, high-value, poly isocyanurate insulation. By staying proactive, the Federated Group was able to salvage the expensive, existing insulation and use the money saved to install a new, durable, APP Modified Bitumen Roofing System.
