Over the past 11 years, we have replaced 13 separate roof areas for RTC Industries at their 3101 S Kedzie plant in Chicago, IL as well as the entire roof at their corporate headquarters in Rolling Meadows (shown above). These projects have been delivered at a combined cost of $1.75 million.

All of the new roofs are APPeX 4.5M Modified Bitumen systems.
